Return Policy
Because all of items are made to order we do not accept refunds, items that arrive, damaged, or wrong item, we offer exchanges/reprints in those instances.
Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, proof must be provided as well.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement.

After 2 Hours: Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible after this period, as your order is already in production.
